Ms. Goldman brings extensive retail, brand building, product innovation, and multi-channel distribution experience to our Board. Since 2002, Ms. Goldman has served as Chief Executive Officer of rapidly growing Spanx, Inc. Prior to joining privately-held Spanx, she served for ten years at The Coca-Cola Company in a number of leading marketing roles. Earlier in her career, she held marketing positions at R.H. Macy and Maison Blanche Stores. Ms. Goldman currently serves on the Advisory Board for Suntrust Banks, Inc.

Mr. O'Leary brings to our Board deep expertise in retail strategy and global supply chain management. Currently he serves as Executive Vice President, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain and Strategic Planning at PetSmart, Inc., which is a fast-growing publicly-traded company. In June 2013, Mr. O'Leary will become President and Chief Operating Officer of PetSmart. Before joining PetSmart in 2006, Mr. O'Leary served as Chief Operating Officer of Human Touch, LLC from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that he spent six years with Gap Inc., including as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Strategy, and Global Logistics.
